Along with organizing outdoor trips and expeditions, the C.W.S.X also develops various outdoor educational programs. These programs are usually geared toward youth and school groups but also include: corporate leadership training courses, outdoor survival and outdoor education programs. These programs are custom developed depending on the interest and the needs of each individual group. They have been pedagogically designed, and focus on developing such skills as:

- Leadership
- Group management
- Creative team problem solving skills
- Productive communication skills
- Team work skills.
- Self discipline, and self-esteem.

These trips also focus on teaching and providing education in:

- Outdoor survival
- Emergency outdoor first aid
- Personal and interpersonal development
- Outdoor activity and adventure sports, from white-water, trekking, light mountaineering, mountain biking, etc.

Our programs and trips strive to develop skills in individuals and groups by integrating every member of the team and developing programs in which every person learns to contribute, take responsibility, and even lead different aspects and parts of a trip or program. We focus on developing effective methods for dealing with challenging problems, and we encourage people to challenge themselves in order to develop these strategies. Every year we organize dozens of custom guided trips for schools, groups and corporate companies.
