What Will The Day Look Like:
After meeting your guides at our predetermined meeting area, We shuttle together in the morning to the outdoor location for our rappel and safety clinic and practice session. Here we will spend a couple of hours to ensure everyone is able, safe, and comfortable to rappel the various relatively difficult rappelling demands of the canyon. By vehicle we continue from our outdoor practice location approximately 1.5 hours to the starting point of the canyon. A 30-40 min hike will bring you to the top, and the start of your canyon adventure. Everyone suits up. There are a total of 5 rappels, interspersed with several jumps, slides and swims.
Departure Time:
Meeting and departure time is usually 9:00am
Where Do We Change?
It is a good idea to change into a bathing suit before arriving at the meeting point. We will “suit up” and change into our wet suits before we rappel into the canyon. There are no changing facilities on sight.
